Shipping Fees:

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays) will be processed and shipped within

1-3 business days. Orders are shipped from Wichita, KS, USA.

Please note:

DUE TO COVID-19, SHIPPING DELAYS MIGHT OCCUR. PLEASE ALLOW 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS. WE ARE DOING OUR BEST TO FULFILL ORDERS IN A TIMELY MANNER. THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE AND UNDERSTANDING.

We ship via USPS and rates reflect USPS guidelines.

We are not responsible for any theft or damage that occurs once the package has been delivered on the property due to the customer unavailable for pickup. All orders will receive a tracking number once the package is shipped. Customers are responsible for any shipping or handling charges that are incurred if a package is returned back to sender. Please ensure the address is correct when placing your order to ensure the items are shipped to the correct location. We are not responsible for items shipped to the wrong address due to customer error.

Exchange Policy:

We are committed to your satisfaction. At Carese Beauty, we work hard to offer high-quality, vegan, and cruelty-free goods. Our mission is to ensure quality products at an affordable price. Therefore, we can only accept exchanges on all products if they are unused and have not been opened. For all exchanges, customers are responsible for the shipping of the returned item. No refunds allowed.
